This Privacy Policy explains how Lallo, operated by Supreonix (“Lallo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, services, and connected social-media features.

- Order, support-ticket, billing, affiliate, and communication information.
- Links, usernames, content references, or instructions you submit when ordering a service.

2. TikTok Data
If you choose to connect TikTok, we request only the permissions displayed during TikTok authorization. The current integration may access:
- Basic profile information, including your TikTok open ID, union ID where available, display name, username, and avatar.
- Your public or authorized video list and associated metadata, such as titles, descriptions, share links, thumbnails, creation dates, and engagement counts.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the connection. Tokens are protected in storage and are not displayed publicly.
We use TikTok data to connect your account, display authorized account and video information, provide analytics or content-selection tools, and support features you explicitly request. We do not sell TikTok user data.

6. Disconnecting TikTok and Deleting Data
You may revoke Lallo’s TikTok access through your TikTok account settings. You may also disconnect a connected account within Lallo where that option is available.
To request deletion of your Lallo account or TikTok-derived data, email info@supreonix.com from the email associated with your account and include “TikTok Data Deletion” in the subject. After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize applicable information unless retention is required by law, fraud prevention, or an active transaction.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of your personal information. You may withdraw connected-platform permission at any time, although some features will stop working.
8. Children
Lallo is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.
9. Third-Party Platforms
TikTok and other connected platforms have separate terms and privacy policies. Lallo is not owned, endorsed, or operated by TikTok. Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok’s policies.
